The Mountain Bluebird Co. offers both gift wrapping and the ability to send a note with the gift. Items that are requested to be gift wrapped will be protected with bubble wrap then nicely wrapped in kraft paper or any pretty gift wrap I may have on hand and tied off with a ribbon.

Any gift wrap on hand will be non-religious or holiday specific.

Please be aware your order(s) may come shipped in a box with other retailers on them as I do my best to recylce shipping material that arrives to me in perfect condition.

All grapevine wreaths/napkin rings will slightly vary in size and color from what is shown as the wreath forms/grapevine napkin rings are natural material and are shipped to me premade from my vendors.

As with most signs and wreaths, it is best to hang them away from direct sunlight and harsh elements. All signs can be hung outdoors on a covered porch/patio.

Yes, RUSH processing is an additional $24.99 (+ discounted amount if a discount was applied to the order beforehand as RUSH processing does not qualify for discounts) If you're needing your order RUSHED please contact me and I will let you know if I'm able to meet your required date.

RUSH processing does NOT mean your order will ship express. For express shipping please request an estimate that would be included with the RUSH processing (RUSH + Express)

Wood characteristics are embraced in my pieces. I do not make any attempt to cover the character in wood. The board is painted and ensured that any indents are matching up with its surroundings.

If for any reason you are not happy with a knot, split in the wood, or any other wood characteristics location on the board, I would be more than happy to create a new item for you; though the cost of return shipping for the original and shipping for the new item will be at the customers expense. Once the original item is received a new item will be made within half the processing time. Pictures will be sent to ensure the customer is happy with the replacement.

The Mountain Bluebird Co. ships items via USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, and FedEx.

Items that weigh under 1 pound (most sets of napkin rings, mini wreaths, and certain length of garlands) ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If express shipping is needed, please contact me for an estimate.
